Automatic Yogic Kriyas & Kundalini

Jai Gurudev!

The feminine divine power, whom we worship in the world by the name of Radha, Sita, Amba, Parvati, Bhavani, resides in our body in a dormant state at the base of the spinal column, in a coiled form in three and a half layers. This divine energy has been called 'Kundalini' by the Yogis.

Only a Siddha Guru can awaken the Kundalini of seekers through His power. Gurudev Shri Ramlal Ji Siyag, who attained the 'Gayatri' and 'Krishna' Siddhi (special spiritual powers) during his lifetime, has been awakening the Kundalini of seekers by Shaktipat Initiation for the last 30 years.
Once awakened, the Kundalini takes control of the body, life force, mind, and intellect of the seeker and gets all the Yogic Kriyas done under its control. These involuntary Yogic Kriyas occur only in those parts of the body which are ill. The Kundalini stimulates and tones up these parts and the Yogic Kriyas continue till these are not cured.

During meditation, seekers experience automatic Yogic Kriyas like asana, pranayama, bandh, mudra, and body movements like swaying of the head, clapping, crying, laughing, tingling, etc. Some disciples do not experience Yogic Kriyas in the beginning. This doesn't mean that their Kundalini hasn't awakened. In all probability, the Divine Mother Kundalini has decided that they do not require it now as they could be completely healthy. Many disciples have subtler experiences like having a divine vision, divine smell or seeing colors or bright lights, etc. during meditation.

These Yogic Kriyas are different for each disciple and occur according to his/her body requirement. In a mass meditation program, it is astonishing to see each practitioner undergoing a different Kriya. A seeker can neither make these Kriyas happen at will nor can he stop them.

The main objective of Gurudev Siyag's Siddha Yoga is salvation. Gurudev says that he is here to liberate mankind and the diseases are merely an obstruction on the path to liberation. Gurudev says when there is pain in the body, the mind will be focussed on pain, and not on God. By regularly chanting the Sanjeevani mantra and meditation, physical and mental diseases get cured and seekers are also freed from addictions of all kinds. Hence, the obstructions on the path to liberation are cleared for a higher spiritual journey. Gradually, by the transformation of tendencies from 'Tamsik to Rajsik', from 'Rajsik to Sattvik' and from 'Sattvik to Trigunatit', the seeker attains salvation.
